Carlos manages the ad spend and strategy for Freitag’s most growth-focused clients. He moves beyond vanity metrics like “clicks” to focus on what actually matters: Lifetime Value (LTV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). His approach combines rigorous A/B testing with a deep understanding of user psychology.
Inside the agency, Carlos is the systems builder. He is constantly refining our reporting structures and automation tools, ensuring the team spends less time on manual entry and more time on high-level strategy.
