Valentina doesn’t guess, she tests. Rising from an SEO specialist to a management role, she embodies the principles of proactivity and ownership. As Head of SEO, she navigates the constantly shifting landscape of search algorithms to ensure Freitag’s clients don’t just rank, but dominate their niche.

GEO (Local SEO).
Valentina manages the organic visibility of our portfolio. She understands that modern SEO is about more than keywords, it’s about technical health, authority building, and adapting to AI-driven search behaviors. Her strategies are battle-tested, combining quick wins with long-term infrastructure building.
Internally, she is a pillar of consistency. She has built her career at Freitag on the foundation of taking ownership of results, setting the standard for how we approach complex problems and client management.
Internally, Malena is the guardian of our creative standards. She mentors junior designers and optimizes our collaborative workflows, ensuring that “creative block” is a rare occurrence at the agency.
