Malena leads the creative charge at Freitag, ensuring that every pixel serves a purpose. From the initial mood board to the final motion graphic export, she oversees a design process that prioritizes clarity and character. Her work has been instrumental in transforming our clients’ abstract ideas into tangible, high-converting visual assets that actually resonate with their target audience.
Internally, Malena is the guardian of our creative standards. She mentors junior designers and optimizes our collaborative workflows, ensuring that “creative block” is a rare occurrence at the agency.
