Polyonics is a leader in high-performance labels, films, and materials engineered for extreme environments,  but their website wasn’t showing it.

So we rebuilt their SEO foundation, strengthened their content, and organized their site around how engineers, converters, and procurement teams actually search. The results? Nearly 95% more impressions, stronger rankings across every product category, and multiple wins in AI Overviews.

The Client

Polyonics manufactures specialty labels, tags, films, and engineered materials used in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and industrial applications. Their products are built to withstand heat, chemicals, abrasion, and demanding industry standards.

When they partnered with Freitag, their goal was clear: increase organic visibility, strengthen authority, and ensure their high-performance materials could be easily discovered by technical buyers.

The Challenge

Before working with Freitag, Polyonics’ website wasn’t fully optimized to compete in a specialized, information-heavy industry. They faced several obstacles:

  • No keyword strategy for high-value engineering and industrial terms
  • Unclear content hierarchy, making navigation and crawling difficult
  • Limited educational content, which weakened top-funnel visibility
  • Missing local SEO optimizations, reducing visibility in key markets

Even with world-class products, they weren’t showing up where engineers and decision-makers were searching.

What we did

To boost discoverability and align Polyonics’ site with high-intent industrial searches, we rolled out an SEO-first strategy built on structure, technical clarity, and authority.

SEO-First Website Redesign

We improved navigation and reorganized product and industry categories so search engines (and users) could find the right content faster. Key pages were aligned with high-value search terms to strengthen visibility across their core verticals.

Transactional Content Development

We built optimized pages for priority offerings like polyimide coating and aluminum labels.
Each followed SEO best practices: keyword-driven H1/H2s, technical benefit-focused copy, and FAQ schema to capture more search real estate.

Educational Blog Expansion

We developed in-depth articles explaining how Polyonics materials perform under extreme temperatures, chemicals, and compliance standards.
This content boosted E-E-A-T authority and captured traffic from engineers researching materials long before they’re ready to buy.

Google Business Profile Optimization

We refined categories, added updated photos, and enhanced product feeds to strengthen local and regional visibility. This helped Polyonics show up more consistently for industrial searches in key markets.

The Takeaway

Polyonics had world-class products; they just needed a digital presence engineered to match.

By redesigning their site with SEO at the core, developing technical and transactional content, and strengthening local visibility, we turned their website into a powerful discovery engine. This led to more impressions, stronger rankings, and increased exposure across product categories, industries, and AI search results.
